One of the main inconvenients when you work with a computer is that it absorbs you, making you forget about the little pauses, necessary to avoid stress or discomfort with its prolonged usage.
OFF4Fit is freeware application easy to install, that could be used to schedule pauses or breaks letting you exercise in front of your PC. It shows you a message in the notification space of your desktop , with the information of the last break and the time for the next one.
The main advantage of this software is you will get a message on the desktop reminding you the break, including a viewer for the different activities that you can do to exercise the parts of your body affected by the job (the eyes and hands) including little descriptions about how to perform the exercises. You will have a rest and in that way you will continue with your work with new strength.
This software was developed to be used in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista), with a Multilanguage support.
If you could follow the schedules assigned, you could just check the different exercises provided by the software to reduce the stress, in that way you will be able to learn more about the different exercises when you work with a PC.
This new version seems to have some improvement regarding the video performance. It saves it in a different location on your disk, and allows you to set it for autostart.
The exercises are practically the same.
