Off4Fit is a powerful yet easy to use program that will remind you of the breaks periodically and very softly give a hint on a distraction time. This incredible program offers a great interface with 3D graphics and will provide you with a number of exercises for your eyes, hands and body. What is more, the user interface is really simple and intuitive, and the only thing you have to do is follow the instructions of the pretty girl. This little but powerful application sits on your system tray and tells you the time you have been busy and advise you when to take a short break to do some exercises to relax your muscles and avoid the tension of being in front of the computers for many hours.
